Cooperation Mini-MES & Visual Components (Virturl equipments)

You can use Visual Components as a target production line for Mini-MES. It is possible to simulate in the 3D world what the equipment and workers manufacture according to the manufacturing plan made on the Mini-MES, and to send the results to Mini-MES in real time.

About collaboration you can:

• Simulation at any coming-of-age time, fast forward simulation
• Send equipments conditions, measurements, and other arbitrary values to Mini-MES

The following elements can also be modeled with Visual Components:

• Workers transport and setup work (Simulate their turnaround time)
• Distributed or shared work by multiple workers
• Work-in-process stagnation in inter-process buffers (e.g., storage beds)
• Manufacturing different products in the same facilit (Simulation of setup change work, different turnaround times for each product/process)
• Execute the same process in multiple facilities, Manufacturing the same product in different routing
• Simulate equipment failure or defective products in probability, fluctuations in measurements
