December, 2016: Acquired 100% of Foga Co., Ltd. and made it a wholly owned subsidiary
June, 2017: Absorbed Foga Co., Ltd. Head office relocated from Kanda Konyacho to Gobancho, Chiyoda-ku
April, 2019: Started contract system development services
June, 2019: Increased capital to 50 million yen
October, 2019: Signed a distributor agreement for Automation Studio for domestic educational institutions
August, 2020: Signed a distributor agreement for Visual Components for domestic educational institutions
