Manufacturing Information Education through MES
Mini-MES is a compact MES (manufacturing execution system) for small and medium-sized manufacturing processes (mainly machining). Integrated management of production plans / instructions and their results. It also manages masters such as BOM (Bill of Materials) as basic data for that purpose.
Generally, there are many application tools for improving productivity, such as production simulators. In order to improve the simulation accuracy, in addition to the specifications of equipment and people involved in manufacturing, A great deal of information about the parts that make up a product, the process of producing it, the time for process, etc. is essential. If you call it master data in one word, “Who organizes the master data and how to input it?” “Who will maintain the information that changes daily on the spot without delay?” There are many challenges in actual operation.
The production management system, which is a higher-level system, is not good at synchronizing with information that changes dynamically at the manufacturing site. Therefore, the “Manufacturing Execution System: MES”, which is located between the higher-level system and the manufacturing site, is responsible for the mediation. By planning the introduction of this MES, we think that it is possible to standardize in parallel through the work of organizing the information related to manufacturing.

Equipment simulator function (option)

and distance between equipments don't affect the simulation results)
